10in x 12in .025 metal with 1/8in mounting holes. Talked to an old REA guy who said that when time for the train to leave the station, they had to run along side the REA cars and throw packages on and off before the train got past the platform. He worked the night shift and said when the boss took a nap, they would tie the steering wheel of their tow-motor and put a stick on the accelerator so that it would go round and round and the boss wouldn't come down and look for them so long as he could hear work noise! Then they went fishing.....
