War Coffee Mug General N.B. Forrest

11oz white ceramic coffee mug.  Coffee mug with period photo of Major General Nathan Bedford Forrest, Wizard of the Saddle. He is considered the foremost cavalry officer produced in America by many military critics.  He enlisted in the 7th Tennessee Cavalry in 1861, was a Lieutenant Colonel by October, 1861, a Full Colonel in April, 1862, a Brigadier Generlal in July, 1862 and Major General in December of 1863.  General Sherman shouted that Forrest is the very devil... and resolved to hound him to the death if it cost 10,000 Union lives and broke the U.S. Treasury.  Forrest was never captured.  Click on above image for zoom.
